Marketing & Communications Manager

This Marketing & Communications Manager role will deliver communications and marketing activity and contribute to the overall engagement of the customer via online and offline channels.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and deliver effective communications and marketing activity to meet business objectives
  • Draft and edit high quality and on brand communications activity
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand across all activities
  • Keep up to date with the trends and practices in the sector, using data and insight to deliver ROI
  • Manage and develop digital marketing strategies including web content, social media and online marketing
  • Craft content and stories - creating and editing content for on and offline communications channels
  • Drive internal communications and engage staff in the internal culture of OB
  • Coordinate internal engagement in events including beers with ideas, social events

The ideal candidate will preferably have:

  • Experience of delivering digital marketing campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Proven experience of devising and delivering effective communications and marketing activities; including setting objectives or targets and evaluating results.
  • Multi-channel communications campaign experience, including events, digital marketing, social
  • Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills, able to draft engaging copy to a range of audiences
  • Experience driving internal communications and engaging internal stakeholders and employees in incentives
